We aim to deliver your goods to you within 7 days of receipt of your order, and often much sooner.
Allowances should be made for any orders placed during weekends or national holidays, such as Christmas and New Year and also for larger orders. Don’t worry though, if your order is likely to take longer than 7 days, we’ll contact you.
If you require an order for a particular date please check this is possible by email and place orders as early as you can. We may be able, depending on the piece(s) ordered, to send out within a day or two of ordering and by express delivery for next day receipt.
All pieces are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery in the UK. Expect delivery within the UK to be about 2-3 days and within Europe to be 5-7 days. Please provide a delivery address where someone can sign for the package, we can not take responsibility for the parcel being returned. If you don’t receive your order, please contact directly by email within 14 days of placing your order, quoting your order number and original date of order.
