We ship internationally.  Please see our Delivery Information page for all the details including any delivery charges and timing. Please note: the cut-off time for Express Delivery is 12pm for next day delivery.

If the item is coming back in stock in the next 2-3 weeks we usually offer the option to pre-order/buy on back order. If you see a product you like on the website that is only available on waitlist  please email info@melodyrose.co.uk for more information on when the item will be available.

All of our items are gift wrapped in our bespoke Melody Rose tissue paper and are perfect for any gifting occasion. We will also include a card along with a personalised gift message in your parcel so the recipient knows who to thank later.   All you need to do is add your gift message at checkout.

No, once an order has been placed, unfortunately we cannot change it. If you would like to purchase additional items, please place another order on the website or email info@melodyrose.co.uk.  To speak to us, you can call us on +44 (0)7984 166227. If we can include your new order in the same shipment, we will be happy to refund additional shipping costs for International Orders within 2 working days.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.  You can place your order securely on the website and checkout using our Stripe checkout. You can also pay for your order using Paypal at checkout.

All payments must be made in GBP (British Pounds).   Melody Rose London will not cover the cost of any bank charges.

Yes. When you checkout you will be given the option to add a different delivery address.

We make every effort to get your order dispatched within 3-5 working days from order confirmation. If you haven’t received your product within 7 working days please contact us on info@melodyrose.co.uk.
