RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with the Melody Rose goods you purchase.  If you should for any reason be unhappy with the goods you’ve received you will need to notify us within 14 days from receipt of cancellable goods (known as 14 days ‘cooling off period). You will have 28 days from receipt of the cancellable goods to return or exchange the goods, providing you have notified us within the 14 day cooling off period.

Exemptions and exceptions

Please note that personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, message or other customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Damages

All pieces purchased from Melody Rose are packed and wrapped securely.  On the rare occasion that a breakage in shipping has occurred, you will have 48 hours from receipt of the goods to notify us at info@melodyrose.co.uk.

How to return or exchange a product

You will need to notify in writing within 14 days of receipt of the cancellable goods if you wish to cancel your order, return or exchange an item.   We encourage you to outline reasons for doing so as this helps to improve our service.  Please email melanie@melodyrose.co.uk.

We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging.  Please use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed.  Please note that you will have to cover the cost of the return postage.

We’ll process a refund of your order payment directly to your payment debit or credit card within 30 days at the very latest, subject to compliance with the returns policy Terms and Conditions and timeframes outlined.
