Delivery Information

We offer free UK standard delivery (plus express UK delivery for £6) and varied shipping fees for International deliveries, see rates below.

Timing: We try to always send your goods out to you within 2 days of receipt of your order, and often much sooner.  Don’t worry though, if your order is likely to take longer than 3 days, we’ll contact you.

If you require an order for a particular date please check this is possible by emailing melanie@melodyrose.co.uk. We may be able to send out the order within a day of ordering and by express delivery for next day receipt. depending on the piece(s) ordered.

Sustainable Packaging: Please note we aim to use recycled or bio-degradable bubblewrap wherever  possible. Our gift wrap and boxes are made from recycled materials. 

Express Delivery: Our cut off time for next day delivery is 11am.  We currently can no longer guarantee Saturday delivery.  Please contact us directly for urgent express orders after 12pm and we will try to arrange where possible.

All International orders are dispatched using Royal Mail for smaller orders and DHL Express for larger International orders.

UK orders are dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or DPD depending on the size of order.  Expect delivery within the UK to be about 2-3 days from dispatch and within Europe and Rest of World to be 5-7 days.

Please provide a delivery address where someone can accept the package, we cannot take responsibility for the parcel being returned.

If you don’t receive your order, please contact directly by email within 7 days of placing your order, quoting your order number and original date of order.

Europe Post-Brexit: Please note you will not pay any taxes or duties on your purchase delivered to the EU on orders over £150.  

International Delivery (NON EU):  due to new tariff regulations orders shipped to countries outside the UK and EU may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be.
