Delivery Information

We offer free UK standard delivery and reduced shipping fees for International deliveries, see rates below.

Last Christmas Posting 2024: For delivery by xmas UK order by noon 20th Dec 2024.  International delivery by 17th Dec 2024. Contact info@melodyrose.co.uk for further details.

Sustainable Packaging: Please note we use aim to use recycled or bio-degradable bubblewrap wherever  possible. Our giftwrap and boxes are made from recycled materials. We aim to use only recycled or bio-degradable materials packing materials wherever possible. 

Timing: We try to always send your goods out to you within 2 days of receipt of your order, and often much sooner.  Don’t worry though, if your order is likely to take longer than 3 days, we’ll contact you.

If you require an order for a particular date please check this is possible by emailing melanie@melodyrose.co.uk. We may be able, depending on the piece(s) ordered, to send out the order within a day of ordering and by express delivery for next day receipt.  

Express Delivery: Our cutoff time for next day delivery is 12pm.  We currently can no longer guarantee Saturday delivery.  Please contact us directly for urgent express orders after 12pm and we will try to arrange where possible.

All International orders are dispatched using UPS/Royal Mail for smaller orders and DHL Express for  larger International orders. 

UK orders are dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or DPD depending on the size of order.  Expect delivery within the UK to be about 2-3 days from dispatch and within Europe and Rest of World to be 5-7 days.

Please provide a delivery address where someone can accept the package, we cannot take responsibility for the parcel being returned.

If you don’t receive your order, please contact directly by email within 7 days of placing your order, quoting your order number and original date of order.

Europe Post-Brexit: Please note you will not pay any duties on your purchase delivered to the EU on orders over £100.  Orders placed on Melody Rose London are fully inclusive of Duties & Taxes for our customers in the European Union for peace of mind.  Please be assured all of our products are made in the UK.
