The Rollerskating Bear is one of five ‘chef inspired’ Bear designs made as a commission for Michelin star Chef Bjorn Frantzen’s first UK restaurant ‘Studio Frantzen’ newly opened in London’s iconic landmark Harrods.
To celebrate the opening of the restaurant we’ve paid tribute to the chef with a playful take on Frantzen’s first name, Bjorn which translates to Bear in english.
One of the world’s most celebrated chefs with six Michelin Stars, ‘Frantzen’ in Stockholm and Zen in Singapore each have three Michelin stars.
‘The Bears’ plates grace the tables of the chef’s world renowned restaurants and are now also exclusively available to purchase from Melody Rose and at Frantzen in Stockholm.
Each plates is exquisitely handcrafted, made in Stoke-on-Trent, England’s pottery heartland and feature our signature 22kt burnished gold gilding.
